I had a friend once cancel a get-together because she'd just started up on Weight Watchers (again), and figuring out how to fit restaurant food into her points budget for the day felt too stressful and overwhelming.
At the time, I totally understood.
I had been on and off Weight Watchers a million times myself, and I absolutely knew the feeling of wanting to reach a weight loss goal, and stressing that a meal at a restaurant would sabotage all the hard work and white-knuckling that goes into staying under your points limit for the day.
It wasn't until I learned how to lose weight eating whatever the heck I wanted - in a restaurant, in my own kitchen, or wherever I please - that I looked back on that moment and thought:

Friends, this is not okay!
