It’s Not About What You Eat

Which makes them optional.
And, if they're optional, it means you get to challenge them, and decide what you want to think instead.
YOU get to choose what you want to think. And when you choose thoughts that SERVE your weight loss, you disprove your automatic thoughts, and you start to consider what's possible for you

“What if I could totally figure this out? What would I try?”
“If I don't have to be perfect, but JUST have to make small, doable changes, what would I do today?”
